OSAO, one of Finland’s largest vocational colleges, educates around 8,500 full-time students across 8 campuses in the Oulu region. With a staff of 850, OSAO provides diverse vocational qualifications in social sciences, ICT, health, technology, and more at EQF levels 4-5. Known for its strategic focus on internationalization, OSAO has participated in numerous EU projects and holds a VET Mobility Charter. OSAO will coordinate WP3, developing innovative VET curricula and learning methodologies, ensuring students gain the skills needed for a dynamic workforce.
