The INFINITE Project is designed to benefit a wide array of stakeholders. Primary beneficiaries include those directly involved in the project, such as cluster members, companies, training providers, higher education institutions, educational administrations, policymakers, worker associations, and social actors. These groups will see immediate benefits from the project’s outcomes, including enhanced skills and competencies in the PFOE sector.
Secondary beneficiaries are the employees and students who will gain from the dissemination of the project’s results to industrial stakeholders, educational institutions, and VET and lifelong learning initiatives. This effort aims to establish curriculum requirements based on employers’ needs, enhancing the employability of workers and apprentices.
The practical, industry-led curriculum of the INFINITE Project will ultimately benefit European society at large, shaping education to ensure that future workers are qualified to support a low-carbon, resilient, and market-based PFOE system. This will contribute to a fully circular economy and maintain Europe’s global leadership in energy systems during the energy transition.
