AVO is a distinguished non-profit intercompany training provider in Germany, offering exceptional vocational education and training (VET) for around 350 trainees from 60 partner companies. Specializing in EQF level 4 professions, AVO trains mechatronics technicians, industrial electronics technicians, and many more.
With a unique in-house combination of theory and practice, AVO fills the gaps left by the dual system of VET school and company. In 2023/24 AVO successfully introduced two EQF level 5 training programs for laboratory workers (chromatography and spectroscopy).
Leading WP2, AVO will identify current and future skills demanded by European industry.
