On May 21, representatives of Salesianos Pamplona participated in a strategic meeting at the Spanish Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports as part of the European INFINITE Project. The meeting focused on advancing the integration of the curriculum developed within the project into Spain’s national catalogue of Vocational Training Specialization Courses.
During the session, the INFINITE consortium presented its ongoing work in the fields of functional printing and printed electronics, together with the proposal for a future Specialization Course in Functional Printing. This initiative aims to address the growing demand for advanced skills in emerging industrial and technological sectors.
The meeting also provided valuable insight into the administrative and technical procedures required to officially integrate the new curriculum into the Spanish Vocational Training system. In addition, it highlighted the importance of the INFINITE Project in supporting innovation-driven education and strengthening collaboration between industry, education, and public institutions.
Representing the Ministry were Esther Monterrubio, Secretary General for Vocational Training, and Mª Paz Sánchez, Director General for Planning, Innovation and Management of Vocational Training.
Representing Salesianos Pamplona were José María Zuza, Jorge Lanchas, Miren Garate, and Josemi Puncel, all actively involved in the development and implementation of the INFINITE Project.
This meeting marks another important step in expanding the project’s institutional partnerships and collaborative ecosystem, while opening new opportunities for the future of education and training in functional printing and printed electronics.
The INFINITE Project continues to grow and shape the future of innovative vocational education in Europe.
