The INFINITE Project is dedicated to enhancing the social dimensions of education across Europe. In Spain, SALES will offer a high-qualification course accessible to all, including students with low economic resources, thanks to sustainable funding. The Functional Print Cluster (FUNCP) leads initiatives with five strategic application markets, with women heading four of these groups, promoting gender equality in the tech sector. FUNCP and Latvian partners (LET) actively promote women’s participation in STEAM careers through conferences and events, focusing on inclusivity and diversity in the electronics industry
Latvian partners will host publicity events to encourage female participation in STEM careers, showcasing the electronics industry’s attractiveness and accessibility to all genders and ages. In Finland, training programs are offered in both English and Finnish, ensuring broader participation regardless of nationality. These programs are designed to be inclusive, accommodating learners with disabilities and providing accessible training materials. The goal is to foster an efficient learning experience for all, regardless of gender, social status, or background.
In Germany, the focus is on promoting companies as cosmopolitan employers who welcome and integrate people from abroad. Special teaching materials will be developed to support this initiative, encouraging social integration and appreciation of diverse employees. Through these comprehensive efforts, the INFINITE Project is making significant strides in promoting inclusivity, diversity, and social integration in education and the workforce.
